Guidelines for Corporate Governance

ÍæÅ¼½ã½ã's Guidelines for Corporate Governance summarize certain policies and practices that assist the Board of Directors in fulfilling its fiduciary obligations to the Company's shareholders. These guidelines are intended to enhance the Board's effectiveness in overseeing the work of ÍæÅ¼½ã½ã management, which is responsible for conducting the Company's business.
